- All items indicated to be instock- except CUSTOMIZED ORDERS- are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Instock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to the carrier, and based on the shipping method you selected). We accept and ship orders in the US only.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: As most of our customized orders need time to be made to your specifications, CUSTOMIZED ORDERS will ship on the same day they get ready. - Privacy & Security

- Due to the nature of our customized products, there will be no refunds on all orders placed. All merchandise sold by Nameplatesrus.com is sold as is with the only guarantee of the accuracy of the information provided in the item discription. By making a purchase with Nameplatesrus.com, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no refunds policy. In the unlikely event that Nameplatesrus.com made a mistake in customizing your order, every effort will be made to correct the mistake and ship the new order free of charge upon receipt of the original item. Order Cancellation: To cancel an order you have placed with Nameplatesrus.com, you must contact customer support by email (support@nameplatesrus.com) or by phone (1-877-282-3641). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped or if it is a customized order as long as we have not started working on it. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped or we started customizing it, the order cannot be canceled.
- Ordering
- After you place your order with nameplatesrus.com we will review your order for completeness and common ordering errors. If we need clarification, we will promptly contact you and obtain or clarify the correct information. After that we will start customizing your item. Most customized items will be finished and ready to ship within 24 to 48 hours from the date of the order. However, some items will require extra time. In this case we will inform you of the estimated shipping date.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Full payment is expected at the time of placing the order. We can not accept orders without full payment. All our prices are set competitively. from time to time we run promotions. Those promotions can not be combined and do not apply to previous orders or orders in progress.
- Out of Stock
- Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “instock”when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most outofstock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, our checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order..
- Updating Account Information
- If you change any of your contact information while we are working on your order, we expect you to contact our sales department (sales@nameplatesrus.com) or via phone 1-877-232-3641 with the updates information.
